Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations within 48 hours of the picnic time.
Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a service fee of 50% of the picnic cost.

Cancellation Policy

DREAMART reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather.

We will notify you of the cancellation via email, and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be rewarded. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don't want to reschedule, we are happy to switch up the location to your backyard or living room - just send us an email.

1. Any cancellation will result in loss of the 50% non-refundable retainer.

2. In the case of rain, the Client has up to 48 hours prior to the Event to decide if they want to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedula the event.
